Our soft ice mix is a UHT non-dairy, ready to use liquid mix. Open and pour directly into the soft ice machine.
Ideal for use as traditional soft ice but also for decorating and filling desserts and cakes. It is also suitable for hot and cold drinks.
Special Advantages

- UHT product with a long shelf life (12 months if unopened and stored as recommended).
- Slower meltdown than dairy soft ice due to vegetable fat, preventing running ice on waffles.
